Terms of Sale

Most items are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. If an item is ever out of stock, you will be notified and have the opportunity to cancel your order and receive a full refund. Delivery time is normally 5 to 8 business days. Faster delivery is available at an additional charge for most items - contact your Discount Marketplace Mall Owner for details.

Any questions?

To inquire about an order already placed, e-mail your Discount Marketplace Mall Owner at the email address on the entrance to the mall. Include your order number, date of order and merchandise ordered. They will respond by e-mail unless you specifically request a response by telephone. Please provide your daytime telephone number when requesting a telephone response.

Pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices for placed orders will be locked in at the price at the time of order.

Payment

We use PayPal, an eBay company, for your security. All on-line payments are made using PayPal. Why PayPal?

  • PayPal offers a DEBIT CARD so even if you do not have a credit card you can still buy products on the Internet.
  • Once you sign up for PayPal (optional), you can send money to anyone with an email address using the money from your PayPal balance or another funding option of your choice. Recipients are notified by email that they have received a payment.

Note: PayPal recommends that merchants only ship to a buyers confirmed address. A confirmed address is the credit card holders billing address. While in many cases we do ship to an unconfirmed address, we do reserve the right to request additional information. Based on that information, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If we decide to cancel your order, we will promptly issue a complete refund to your credit card account through PayPal.

Don't Have a PayPal Account?

It's EASY to sign up! Shop our on-line store, selecting items you would like to buy using the SHOPPING CART buttons. When you are ready to check out, click the CHECKOUT button. You will be asked if you are a PayPal member. You can signup and complete your purchase at this time.

Or you can go to www.paypal.com and just click on the button at the top of the PayPal home page. After you fill out the registration form, They will send you an email to confirm that you receive messages at that email address. Once you confirm your email address, your account is activated.

Shipping Orders Outside the Continental U.S.

Please note that we DO NOT take orders paid for with a Credit Card that has a billing address outside the USA unless it is confirmed with PayPal. Our distribution centers do not ship outside the continental U.S. Those customers will have to make special shipping arrangements with their Discount Marketplace mall owner.

Ordering by Mail

Ordering by mail from Discount Marketplace is simple. Just mail your order to your Discount Marketplace Mall Owner's address on the entrance page to the mall.

You must include payment in full, check, money order -- with any mail orders. Please - No Cash! Please give time for your payment to clear the bank. If you give us your e-mail address, you will be contacted with shipping information when possible.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns request will be accepted within 15 calendar days following customer's receipt of merchandise. However, you must email your Discount Marketplace Mall Owner to arrange a return confirmation (please see RMA section below) BEFORE you ship the merchandise. This allows us to ensure you are shipping to the correct address.

All returns must be in the original, undamaged packaging and in original condition, (resalable). Please, no exceptions. A refund will be issued within two weeks of receipt of the returned item, and will be in the amount of the retail price of the returned merchandise, excluding shipping costs. Please note there is a 15% restocking fee on all returns except for defective merchandise exchanges. Customers are responsible for shipping charges to return products. Please insure your return because Discount Marketplace will not assume any responsibility for items lost in transit.

Exchanges

Returns may be exchanged for new merchandise within 30 days from customer's receipt of merchandise. Discount Marketplace will allow for full credit on exchanges as long as the product has not been used. (The original shipping charges will not be deducted from merchandise for exchange.) Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges to return merchandise and reship the new merchandise. Please insure your return because Discount Marketplace will not assume any responsibility for items lost in transit. Defects or problems should be directed to the manufacturer. If you need help finding out how to contact a manufacturer, we would be happy to provide assistance. E-mail your Discount Marketplace Mall Owner at the email address on the entrance to the mall.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping & handling charges unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order.

RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization

In order to process your return, you need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) by e-mailing your Discount Marketplace Mall Owner at the email address on the entrance to the mall. The customer is responsible for shipping cost on all returns. No postage due or C.O.D. returns will be accepted and no credit will be issued for shipping charges. Upon receiving your authorized return in resalable condition, your account will be credited back, excluding shipping charges.

Defective Merchandise

Defective merchandise will be replaced at our expense. You will need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) listing the reason for the return as "defective merchandise". Please give a brief description of the problem. You can do this by e-mailing your Discount Marketplace Mall Owner at the email address on the entrance to the mall. We will issue a RMA number by return e-mail along with the address to send it to. No postage due or C.O.D. returns will be accepted. Please insure your return package against loss in transit. Upon receipt of the defective merchandise, we will ship a replacement promptly.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Discount Marketplace warranties all the products we sell with a satisfaction guarantee. Simply put... If within the first 15 days after receipt of merchandise you are not satisfied with your purchase simply request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) by e-mailing your Discount Marketplace Mall Owner at the email address on the entrance to the mall listing the reason you are not satisfied. We will issue a RMA number by return e-mail. Return the merchandise in unused condition in the original carton to the address listed in the e-mail. Please insure your return package against loss in transit. Freight charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receipt of your merchandise and after inspection, your Discount Marketplace Mall Owner will issue a prompt refund minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee. You will be issued a credit using the same means of payment as you used to purchase the item with. Please, we can only issue credit on new, unused, resalable merchandise.

Warranty

Any item that carries a manufacturer's warranty will have that stated in its product description. Many products come with 1, 5 or 10 year to lifetime warranties. A complete copy of any warranty will be sent on request. Send a self-addressed, stamped envelope with item number to Discount Marketplace Headquarters at:

If you need warranty work or a warranty replacement, please follow the instructions furnished on the warranty information card you received with your product or send a self-addressed, stamped envelope and specify item number. A complete copy of any warranty will be sent on request. You must have a RMA to return any item. All transportation charges and shipping expenses are the purchaser's responsibility. Return the product insurance and freight or postage prepaid, with a written description of the claimed defect and proof of purchase. Be sure to get a RMA and write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping container.

Additional Cookware Warranty Information

*Note: Abuse & Extreme heat damage is not covered by the warranty. All transportation charges and shipping expenses are the purchaser's responsibility.

Right to Refuse

Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse service at any time. Sale of any goods or services is subject to availability.

Privacy

Disclosure of information: All personal information is obtained for the purposes of completing transactions. We will never give or sell your information to a third party nor disclose any information pertaining to any transaction.

Tracking Information: We reserve the right to use software to track purchases but this information will only be used in cases of fraud. We do not use software to obtain your e-mail address after visiting our site but you may choose to join our Mailing List by contacting your Discount Marketplace Mall Owner.

We make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing and product information, but we are human and mistakes do happen. If a mistake does occur, we reserve the right to correct it, and we apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.

Bulk Ordering Information

Your Discount Marketplace Mall Owner will be happy to give you a price on ordering items in quantity. Bulk order discounts are handled on a case-by-case basis. Simply tell us what items you wish to order, the quantity you desire, and the zip code they will be shipped to. We will gladly contact you with ordering specifics and a quote for your consideration. Email your Discount Marketplace Mall Owner at the email address on the entrance to the mall.

Note: We do not pay freight on bulk orders.

Daggers, Knife and Sword Sales

Absolutely no sales of Daggers, Knives and Swords to anyone under the age of 18!!!

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase Daggers, Knives, and Swords from this website! It is the buyers responsibility to check State and Local laws governing the sale of Knives and swords in your state and to comply with these laws if applicable. By purchasing any Dagger, knife and sword from this website you are stating that you are at least 18 years of age and know your State and Local laws governing Daggers, Knives and swords and that the credit card used to purchase any Daggers, Knives and swords is yours and is in your name.

You may purchase full catalogs from your Discount Marketplace Mall Owner at a cost of $12.50 + 10.95 shipping and handling.

Confirmed Address

What is a Confirmed Address? A Confirmed Address is the buyer's credit card billing address or other address which has been independently verified by PayPal. Confirmed Addresses must be in the name of the account holder, so Gift Addresses in someone else's name can never be confirmed.

What is an Unconfirmed Address? An Unconfirmed Address is any address which is not associated with a credit card or which can not be independently verified by PayPal. Gift addresses are Unconfirmed Addresses. (In general, most non-U.S. addresses can't be confirmed at this time.)

For fraud protection - and in compliance with PayPal's policy - we DO NOT SHIP to unconfirmed addresses.
